Other Abstract | 利用化学诱变剂亚硝基胍及物理诱变剂钴-60对丙酮丁醇梭菌YBD(Clostridium acetobutylicum YBD)进行复合诱变,结合多次传代培养,筛选获得一株编号为500—1的突变株。该菌株经6代培养后丁醇产量为15.40g/L:且能耐受15g/L的丁醇;在10%玉米醪培养基中,丁醇产量为15.57g/L,较出发菌株提高。27.62%;在10L发酵罐发酵实验中,以玉米粉为发酵原料,36h时突变株丁醇产量可达14.24g/L,生产速率为0.40g/(L·h),较出发菌株的生产速率提高2 |
