Other Abstract归纳锂离子电池组结构设计的要点,包括冷却介质的流通方式、进出口设置和电池的排列。总结现有电池冷却和预热技术的优缺点。空气冷却系统结构简单、应用广泛,但效果较差;液体冷却系统效果显著,能耗较大、密封要求高;相变材料的应用需要提高导热率和比热容;热管冷却系统结构紧凑,配合风机冷却效果更佳。相对于内部加热系统,电池组外部加热系统结构简单,但加热速度较慢。冷却/加热一体化电池组热管理系统的开发,将是研究的方向。
