Other Abstract	该文对颗粒带硅(SSP)衬底上利用快速热化学气相沉积(RTCVD)制备多晶硅薄膜太阳电池作了探讨。在此基础上，获得了转换效率为2.93℅的太阳电池，并提出了进一步改进的设想。
