| Other Abstract | 以固体酸为催化剂,对高酸值废弃油脂进行预酯化反应研究.讨论了降低水分含量对反应影响的方法,并考察了反应条件醇油摩尔比、反应时间对预酯化效果的影响.实验结果表明,在反应体系中添加吸水剂分子筛可提高预酯化反应效率；反应体系中添加过量的甲醇能大大缩短反应时间,在反应温度75℃,催化剂加入量为10％(W/W),最佳醇油摩尔比8:1,最佳反应时间4小时的条件下,可将酸化油的酸值降至3.8mgKOH.G-1,满足酯交换反应酸值小于4.0mgKOH.G-1要求. |
