| Other Abstract | 本文以空气为气化介质,在中型管式布风流化床(截面积300×300mm2,高5m)反应器上考察了二次风的加入(占一次风比例的0～40﹪)对生物质(木屑)气化效果和焦油产率的影响.本实验在进料量39kg/h,一次进风量50Nm3/h,当量比ER为0.28的条件下进行,实验结果表明,加入30﹪比例的二次风,气化效果最好,煤气低热值达到5453kJ/m3,产气率、碳转化率和气化效率分别提高了30﹪、27.6﹪和39.3﹪,焦油含量降低了约54﹪. |
