| Other Abstract | 一种喷雾塔专用重油乳化装置，涉及把重油和水混合乳化作为燃料的装置，本装置包括进行静态混合的湍流柱和在容器中对油水混合液进行高剪切粉碎混合的高速剪切装置，高速剪切装置由电动机带动精密配合的高速剪切头旋转，使油水混合物颗粒在其中被撕裂粉碎成微小颗粒。经本装置浮化后的油包水乳化液，其油包水粒度为几微米左右，在喷雾塔特别是陶瓷作业的燃烧喷雾塔中使用，燃烧工况稳定，燃烧完全，无炭粒产生，保证了产品的质量。 |
