| Other Abstract | 本发明公开了一种石蜡乳液的超声波制备装置及方法，该装置包括反应容器，反应容 器上设有进料口、出料口，在该反应容器上连接有超声波振子。该方法至少包括如下步骤：a、 将热水、液状石蜡及辅料的混合液通入反应容器内；b、反应容器上的超声波振子使反应容器 内的混合液产生振动，形成石蜡乳液；c、石蜡乳液排出。本发明采用超声波振动制备石蜡乳 液，生产过程中，混合液充满反应容器及管道，没有空气，所产生的泡沫很少，采用超声波 制备乳液，制器的粒径小，分散性及均匀性好，长期放置不分层，稳定性好。 |
