AbstractA medium temperature solar collector was proposed which takes a flat-plate collector with V-corrugated transparent insulator as the absorber and a coupmpound parabolic concentrator as the reflector. The collector is called FPV-CPC for short. In this paper, the theoretical, experimental results and comparison between them were presented. Using the ray-tracing technique, the variation of the optical efficency and the number of reflections with the angle of incidence were expounded, in consideration of the variation of the transmittance of the glass cover and the absorptance of the absorber with the angle of incidence. Mathematical model for the thermal process was established in the paper, and the thermal performance of the collector were analysed in a greater detail through solving four nonlinar, simultaneous equations by means of SOR. Also, the main performance indexs of the collector were tested in the medium temperature solar test installation. The theoretical and experimental results show that FPV-CPC performs well when working in the medium temperature range of 70~110 ℃ which is simple in construction, easy in manufacture and cheap in cost, so it has practical and spreading value.
Other Abstract本文提出一种带V形透明隔热膜的平板集热器为吸热体,配以复合抛物面为反射面的太阳能中温集热器(简称FPV-CPC集热器)。文中介绍了FPV-CPC集热器的理论与实验研究结果,并进行了比较;阐明了用光线追踪法求出光学效率,反射次数随入射角的不同而变化;建立了集热过程的数学模型,通过用松弛迭代法求解四个非线性方程的方法对FPV-CPC集热器的热性能进行了详细的分析;并在太阳能中温集热器测试台上、对这种集热器的主要指标进行了实验测试。结果表明:FPV-CPC集热器在70~110 ℃的中温范围内工作时性能良好,而且结构简单,加工制作容易,造价低,因此具有实用和推广的价值。
