废轮胎真空热解炭活化制取多孔活性炭研究

Abstract热解炭黑(Pyrolytic carbon black,CBp)是废轮胎热解的重要产物之一。以CO2气体作为活化剂对废轮胎真空热解炭黑进行了活化制取活性炭的实验研究。在活化温度800—950℃、活化时间为60—300min、活化剂流量为50-120mL/min的实验范围内,活化温度越高,活化反应时间越长,热解炭的烧失率越高,所得活性炭的比表面积也越大,最高BET比表面积可达664.9m^2/g,孔径以分布在20—40n/n之间为主。体现了废轮胎真空热解炭在后续深加工利用上的优势。
