预处理对杂交狼尾草厌氧发酵性能的影响

Abstract以杂交狼尾草为原料,采用批式中温厌氧消化工艺,研究微波、蒸汽加热和NaOH预处理方法对能源草厌氧发酵性能的影响。研究结果表明:经预处理后原料的结晶度均有所升高,其中微波预处理后结晶度由原料的7.22%升至15.56%,提高了116%;经微波预处理后原料的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素和粗脂肪含量均有所上升;蒸汽加热处理使原料的木质素含量稍有升高;NaOH处理对原料的组分影响较大,原料中N的质量分数、木质素和粗脂肪含量显著降低了16.90%、49.06%和90.60%。蒸汽加热处理后原料的累计产气量(17.30L)、产气率(475.21mL/g VS_(added))和产甲烷率(251.39mL/g VS_(added))均有所上升,比未处理的原料提高11.13%,可见蒸汽加热预处理方法可一定程度地提高杂交狼尾草的厌氧发酵性能。
