Other Abstract用碱性双氧水法从甘蔗渣中提取出纤维素,然后用6mol/L的硫酸溶液水解纤维素,通过SEM、XRD、FT—IR和TG对纤维素和水解产物进行表征,考察了碱液处理次数和酸解时间对结晶度的影响。结果表明,碱液处理使纤维素的质量分数从44.67%增加到95.83%,水解后纤维素的直径在30~160nm之间;随着碱液处理次数的增加,纤维素结晶度增大;纤维索结晶度在30min有极值74.58%。经过硫酸水解,纳米纤维素初始热解温度升高到300℃。
